FreshRound Leads ("we", "us") is a small business based in Vancouver, Washington. We sell company-level lead lists of US SaaS and tech companies that have announced a funding round. This policy explains what data this website and our lists contain, and what we do with it.
The short version
- This website uses no tracking cookies, no analytics, and no advertising pixels.
- Our lists are about companies, not people. They contain no personal names, personal email addresses, or phone numbers.
- Everything in our lists comes from public sources, and every row links to its source.
- Any company can ask to be removed. Just email us.
What this website collects
This is a static website. It has no sign-up forms, no accounts, and sets no cookies. We don't run analytics or tracking scripts.
- Hosting. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like most web hosts, GitHub may record standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) in server logs for security and operations. See GitHub's privacy statement for details.
- Fonts. The site loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers to download it. Google Fonts does not set cookies.
- Email. When you email us (for example to request a sample), we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply and to deliver what you asked for. We don't sell it or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
What our lead lists contain
Each row describes a company, not a person:
- Company name, website, headquarters city and state, and a one-line description
- Funding round, amount, announcement date, and lead investors
- A link to the public announcement or filing the information came from
- The company's own published contact page or a role inbox it lists publicly (such as sales@ or support@)
- Buying-signal notes drawn from public statements, such as hiring plans, new executives, or expansion
We do not include personal names, personal email addresses, or phone numbers.
Where the data comes from
We build lists only from public sources: funding announcements and press releases, SEC Form D filings, and companies' own websites. We do not scrape LinkedIn or Crunchbase.
Who we share data with
We provide lists to customers who license them for their own internal use under our Data License & Terms, which prohibit resale and redistribution. We don't sell or share information about website visitors or people who email us.
Remove my company
If you represent a company that appears in our lists and you'd like it removed, email coffeebuds89@gmail.com with the subject "Remove my company". Include the company's name and website. We'll remove it from future lists and confirm by email. No account or explanation needed.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
