By receiving or using a FreshRound Leads list ("the data"), you ("the buyer") agree to these terms.
1. What you can do
You may use the data internally, within your own organization, for your own sales and marketing outreach. That includes importing it into your CRM, sharing it with your own employees and contractors working on your behalf, and combining it with your own records.
2. What you can't do
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or give the data to anyone outside your organization.
- Publish the data or redistribute it, in whole or in part, including as part of another list, database, or product.
- Use the data for any unlawful purpose.
3. Your responsibility for compliance
You are solely responsible for how you use the data and for complying with every law that applies to your outreach. That includes the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state laws, and any other applicable rules. For example, commercial emails must identify you, include a valid physical address, and honor opt-out requests promptly. If a company asks you to stop contacting it, stop.
4. About the data
The data is company-level only and is compiled from public sources such as funding announcements, SEC Form D filings, and company websites. Every row includes a source link so you can verify it.
The data is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Public information can be incomplete or change after it's published. We make no promises about results from your outreach.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreshRound Leads is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the list in question.
6. Plans and payment
Current plans are a free 10-company sample, a Monthly list ($149/month), a Weekly feed ($299/month), and a one-time 90-day list of 100 companies ($249). Custom filters by stage, location, or sector are available on request. If you have a question about your plan, email us.
7. Company removals
If a company asks to be removed, we remove it from future lists. See Remove my company.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you receive a list applies to that list.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
